Code of Ethics
During its meeting on 31 March 2015, Infia Srl Board of Directors adopted the Organizational Model pursuant to Law 231 in order to formalize the already existing rules and procedures to prevent unlawful behavior by employees, contractors, customers, suppliers and external partners, thereby reinforcing Infia srl's guiding values and principles.
The organizational model is a verification and control tool to ensure that all business activities are carried out in compliance with the relevant standards, in a framework of fair competition, honesty and integrity.
Directors, auditors, managers and, in general, all employees of Infia srl as well as all those who operate in Italy and abroad for achieving Infia's goals, each within the scope of their own functions and responsibilities, are required to comply with the principles contained in the Code of Ethics.
The Code of Ethics is an integral part of Model 231, as well as a key element of the anti-corruption regulation.
Finally, please be informed that Infia Srl has entrusted its Supervisory Board with the responsibility to promote and monitor the implementation of the Model.
