(i) handle relations with the Interested party and provide him with the information, assistance and services requested. For these purposes your data can be communicated to entities which have signed an agreement with or are under contract to Infia S.r.l. including banking/insurance operators, also having registered offices outside the EU, and will be brought to the attention of the Data supervisors and persons appointed by Infia S.r.l. to process the data;

(ii) upon prior consent of the Interested party, for promotional activities and commercial information, sending of advertising material, direct selling, carrying out market research. Personal data will not be disclosed. The supply of data for the purposes set out at point (i) is optional. However, failure to supply the data for such purposes will determine the inability to receive the assistance, information and /or the services requested.
